The Massacre Tragedy on 1965

Some dark affairs of human rights infraction that occured on september is the 30^th September movement of Indonesian Communist Party (PKI) or known as G30SPKI that become one of the dark histories in the Republic of Indonesia.

On 1965-1966, there were the incidents of serious human rights infraction cases againts those accused as being members of or being involved into Indonesian Communist Party (PKI), as a result, more than two million people have experienced the arbitrary arrests, detention without due process, torture, rape, sexual violence, forced labor, murder, enforced disappearances, and each other.

The Black September

Black September is the term that used by human rights activist to refer the meaning of the rough month. It causes the multitude of inhumane affair and human rights infraction cases that occured in this month. As of the tragedy of G30SPKI on 30^th September 1965-1966, the tragedy of Tanjung Priok on 12^th September 1984, the tragedy of Semanggi II on 24^th September 1999, the murder of Munir Said Thalib on 7^th September 2004, and the tragedy of corrupted the reformation causes the revision of KPK constitution on 24^th September 2019.

Democracy is a government system based on the concepts of intellective rooted from people, by people, and for people. In this application, the government is controlled by people through the legislation that mades by the house of representative in the parlianment.

Democracy  is source from two words in Yunani language: demos and cratos. The meaning of demos is people or citizen, and cratos is a government or power. The sense of democracy is the power of citizen. The definition of democracy is a government system that is rooted from people, by people, and for people. Its a viewpoint or political concepts in the government that concerned the citizen or people on the basis  of rights and  obligation.
